i. the motivational ones

this list grew from reading hundreds of posts in r/anxiety, r/depression, r/cptsd, r/burnedout. every phrase here is one someone called out as the thing that finally broke them with their wellness app.

we will keep adding. if you want to suggest a phrase, talk to maya and tell her.

maya will never say any of these to you. instead, she'll say "the not-fine part counts. even if no one sees it."
